Over 1,200 Reviews Collected with an Average of 4.8/5

In early 2016, we decided to put our money where our mouth was and implement a third party system for customers to tell us how we are doing on a public forum instead of just us telling everyone how much we valued customers. We chose to partner with TrustPilot, which allows customers to write reviews publicly and rate us on a scale of 1-5 stars. Since that time we have received a little over 1200 reviews and the feedback has been fantastic! Nobody is perfect and throughout 4.5 years we have had 30 reviews with negative feedback. We used all of them as learning opportunities and reached out to every reviewer to see how we could have served them better.

A Team That Puts the Customer First

The amazing part is that 95% of our customers give us a review score of 4 or higher and 81% give us a perfect 5-star review. This week we passed a milestone receiving our 1000th perfect review score!

I am so proud to be part of such a great team that puts our customers first and builds our successes on providing outstanding support to those we are fortunate enough to serve!
