Craig joined Palmer Johnson in 2004 and now serves as CEO of Palmer Johnson Enterprises since 2020. He has a BA in Russian history from Stanford and an MBA from UW-Madison. Previously, Parsons was a partner in the Agave Group, which specialized in strategy development, technology licensing, and fundraising for early-stage biotech companies.
Craig started with Palmer Johnson in 2006 and currently serves as President. Craig oversees the Palmer Johnson Power Systems branch service network and warehouse/inventory team. Swenson has a BS in construction administration and an MBA in entrepreneurship, both from UW-Madison. Go Bucky!
Mo joined Palmer Johnson Enterprises in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. He has a BBA from UW-Madison and an MBA from DePaul University. Mott has 30 years of business experience and previously he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Diesel Forward, Inc., the largest distributor of aftermarket diesel engine fuel systems and technical components in the U.S.. He also owned Cecor, Inc., a manufacturer of sump cleaning equipment and industrial carts for the machining industry. He enjoys traveling, golfing, swimming, skiing and hiking.
Mary started at PJ in 2013 as an Inside Sales Rep. During her time at PJ she has worked as an Inside Sales Rep, Key Account Executive and Customer Support Supervisor and is now the Customer Support Manager. Mary has worked in Customer Service / Sales roles for approximately 20 years in a variety of industries. She is passionate about good customer service and building relationships with customers. Mary enjoys being active and spending time with family and friends.
Ashley joined PJ in March 2018 as the Director of Human Resources. She graduated from UW-Eau Claire with her degree in Human Resources Management. Ashley has her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications and is a member of the Greater Madison Area Society of HR Management (SHRM) and National SHRM. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and playing sand volleyball.
Adam joined Palmer Johnson in 2012 as an Inside Sales Representative. He later moved to Product Group Manager, and then as the Director of Inside Sales. In 2020 Adam was promoted to V.P. of Business Operations. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Beyond the office, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, working out and cheering for the Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers.
Andy joined Palmer Johnson in 2003 as a Service Technician. He moved to Outside Sales and then stepped in as the Dallas Service Manager in 2013. After serving as a Regional Service Manager he was named the Director of Service in 2015. Andy served in the United States Army as a heavy equipment mechanic in Italy and Alaska.
Jeff has been with Palmer Johnson since 2002 when the company purchased California's n.a. d'Arcy Co. Jeff served as regional manager of Palmer Johnson's western branches, later taking over as Vice President of Outside Sales. In 2015, Jeff was named Vice President of Marine & Mining Sales.
Susan joined PJ in 2007 to grow our new Product Support department. Soon after, she took on OEM Reman Programs and has held roles as the Gov’t Sales Manager, OEM & Service Programs Manager, Service Sales Manager, and is currently our National Equipment Services Manager. Susan has 21 years of experience in product support of heavy & specialty equipment. She designs, implements, and manages national aftermarket service and equipment reconditioning programs for OEMs, Companies, and End Users. Susan firmly believes that an exceptional aftermarket network is essential. She appreciates good wine, family time, and sunshine.
Mark joined Palmer Johnson in 2009 in outside sales. In 2015 Mark was named Oil & Gas Manager. Mark graduated from Texas A&M University with his degree in Ag Systems Management. When Mark isn’t selling product and service he enjoys fishing, hunting and college football.
