IC80-2D Broderson PJ ReFresh Process:
Chassis – New paint job on frame and underneath, boom sections, machine covers, all wheels, hoist parts and more. New top coat herculiner on top section of the machine. New light bulbs and electrical harness.
Engine - Needed parts were replaced; spark plugs and wires, cab and rotor, valve cover gasket, fan belt. Radiator hoses replaced, coolant flush, new cap. All new filters, oil changed, full tune up, fuel filter and lines replaced, fuel tank drained and cleaned, replaced vacuum lines
Driveline - Both front and rear axle were checked for brake clearance and spin/pressure tested. Seals replaced, oil changed in all-wheel hubs and transfer gearbox.
Transmission – Tested, oil & filter changed, new seals, Hydraulic system breather top, cap, and filter replaced, new oil 424 oil @10gals
Boom - Main extend cylinder and lift cylinder seals replaced, boom pads replaced, boom sensors rewired. Rebuilt both extend cylinders, installed new hydraulic lines, new pads and bolts on boom sections, shimmed. New decals and warning signs all around.
Cab – Driver seat belt replaced, new battery, hour meter, ignition switch, window trimmings replaced, herculiner coat on the floor of the cab, all new warning decals inside the cab.
