Industrial PTO & Clutch - How to Check for Drive Ring Wear
In this video we review how to check for wear on a drive ring in PTO (Power Take-Off) or any industrial clutch application.
Twin Disc recently announced the release of the AM100 specially configured REPTO (Rear Engine PTO) pump drive as the 1st member of what will be a family of products.
The AM100 has a maximum power rating of 783kW (1,050HP) at 2,100 RPM with 358kW (480HP) total / 224kW (300HP) available per tower. The AM100 is available with SAE #0 & SAE #1 (J617) input/output housings and SAE 18” & SAE 14” (SAE J620) input/output flywheel connections. The pump tower has the availability to mount SAE “A” to SAE “E” pads/splines and is driven at a 1:1 ratio and is rotatable by 0°, 45° and 90°, either clockwise or counter-clockwise, to allow for clearance in installation.
