AK-6 Specifications
The AK-6 easily adds six more 4-20mA channels to the DCU 305 panels of type R2 and R3. Only one unit can be used per DCU 305 panel.
The channels are configured in the standard Rudolf conffiguration software, and new channels will be visible on page 2 of the DCU panel.
The unit also sports an expansion port for an optional relay expansion unit.

MK-14 Specifications
The MK-14 is a compact relay expansion unit, with 14 relays on-board.
Each relay has a potential-free changeover contact.
Use the configuration tool to configure the desired function to each relay. It can be any function available in the panel it is connected to.
The MK-14 is designed for the 300 and 400 Series panels.

RIO 210 Specifications
The unit is easily interfaced to the engine panel on the provided 2-wire RIO Link.
The unit is especially adapted for smaller engines and very well suited with the 200 Series of engine panels.
The RIO 210 has a good mix of switch, thermistor/PT100, 0-5V and thermocouple input channels. It also has a number of relay and binary outputs. Please consult the datasheet for exact number of input- and output channels.
The RIO 210 is non-classed but still fully compatible with the classed 400 Series, in projects where the 400 Series is used in a non-classed situation.

RIO 216 Specifications
The RIO 216 connects easily on the 2-wire CANbus of the DCU 410E/408E or the DCU 210E/208E engine panels.
Switch status communicates fast (250 kbit/s) on the CANbus, so this unit is good for channels that require quick reaction to events.
The unit is configured in its entirety in the web-server of the engine panel.

RIO 410 Specifications
The RIO 410 is an expansion module designed to allow specifiers to integrate the demanding variety of sensors and switches found today on vessels into the DCU or other ships systems.
The DCU can accept up to four RIO’s, and with 24 inputs, for switches, PT100 and 4–20mA sensors, and two off 24V outputs and 2 off relay outputs, this means each DCU can accept over 100 input/outputs utilizing the RIO 410s.
The RIO communicates with the DCU via a simple two-wire link and also has Ethernet connectivity. Linked to this feature, each RIO has its own web server built-in, so each channel can be configured/named via an Ethernet cable and any computer with a web browser.
Each RIO is automatically configured by the DCU when connected, but using password-protected areas, each RIO 410 can be reconfigured, whether connected to a DCU or used as an independent “standalone” unit.
Why more customers select the RIO 410
The RIO 410 in combination with the DCU provides the flexibility to specifiers to integrate a standard package into a variety of different applications with just the aid of an Ethernet cable and a computer with a web browser. With the ease of use, low commissioning resources, and intuitive interfaces, the RIO 410 allows technicians to easily integrate systems.
The lack of special tools required, the simple two-wire connectivity, the robustness of the unit, and expandability to provide just not an engine monitoring but a vessel alarm system has proven key to the decision making process.

RIO 412 Specifications
The RIO 412 is a rugged 20-channel K-type thermocouple unit with a SAE J1939 CANbus interface. It makes accurate exhaust temperature monitoring affordable and easy.
The unit can be used stand-alone, or it can be linked easily into the DCU engine panels in the 200 or 400 Series.
When linked to a DCU panel, each cylinder temperature is clearly displayed, and the DCU calculates and displays the moving average value, per bank.
The DCU can, of course, be configured to indicate warning/alarm limits on each of the cylinder temperatures.
