Light of Wellness Award: Leadership
Palmer Johnson has a deep commitment to one another. This is core to who we are. The health and wellness of our employees plays a major role in our commitment to one another. Tara Conger, Vice President of Human Resources, has played a key role in advancing the wellness program to be one of the top priorities within the organization. She has become a role model for our organization to maintain our commitment to one another by promoting the health and wellness of our employees.
Tara recently won the Light of Wellness Award for Leadership through the Wellness Council of Wisconsin. This non-profit's goal is to improve health within the workplace to empower business. This is done by helping companies create wellness plans that maximize health and productivity among their employees. Tara is an active member within the Wellness Council of Wisconsin. The Light of Wellness Award for Leadership recognizes Tara for inspiring others to join the wellness movement.
