Palmer Johnson Power Systems Acquires Bowers Transmission & Power

Madison, WI – Furthering its goal to bring industry leading service and sales to off-highway markets, Palmer Johnson Power Systems has acquired Bowers Transmission & Power out of Seattle, WA. Started in 1941, Bowers is a leading distributor of Dana Spicer off-highway components and service center for the region.

By acquiring Bowers, Palmer Johnson Power Systems now operates 10 service and sales centers across the country. With the addition of a branch in Washington, Palmer Johnson is better positioned to support regional and national customers located in the Pacific Northwest. Palmer Johnson is eager to grow and support all the same products and services Bowers customers have come to rely on.
