Lull 944E-42 PJ ReFresh Process:
Engine - Parts that were replaced and fixed. - Serpentine belt - Front main seal - Oil pan gasket - Valve cover gaskets - block heater core gaskets - Front push rod cover, gasket - Lift pump gasket - crank harmonic wheel bolts - Front cover gasket - injectors and seals - All new filters - oil changed
Drive line - both front and rear axle were checked for brake clearance - new oil and friction modifier was added - pressure tested axles for leaks on parking break and service side - new inner and outer seals were installed on FL axle - new oil in all wheel hubs used 424 - new FL tie rod - new tie rod cover boots
Transmission - installed new seal kit on implement pump and hydraulic pump O ring kit - O ring on dip stick tube on bottom side - Installed all new o rings on all hydraulic side of pump and tank and oil cooler side.
IN an OUT - Fixed leaks underneath hydraulic tank and re arranged some hydraulic hoses. - installed new front and rear seals on transfer case output shafts - added new 424 on TC Hydraulic system - Drained all of the oil and installed new 424 in Hyd tank used 60 gal - Re build rear manifold block by carriage used all new o rings - installed new IN and OUT hydraulic hoses for Extend cyl.
BOOM - Gland on extend cyl needed to be torqued - Re shimmed entire boom. - installed new forks and fork bar.
Miscellaneous - installed new windshield wiper assembly - arm rest for seat - seat belt - throttle pedal - exhaust clamps - power washed both sides of oil coolers along with radiator - Coolant flush - serviced and greased entire machine - adjusted retract chains
