Exciting Growth, Leads to Great Promotions

With the recent doubling-down of our Equipment Repair Services, we’ve invested even more in this critical department—and that includes elevating some of our existing team members so they raise the bar and deliver the best possible service.

In the coming months, we’ll be focused on opening additional spaces, expanding our engine repair services and adding new equipment bay doors. In that vein, we’ll be integrating a new portable loading ramp that will enable us to offer greater ease of transit. This all falls under our plans for a $1.5 million expansion investment, which will be central to elevating and accelerating our growth and helping us best serve YOU.

Has been promoted to the Market Manager role for our Service Accounts team. Susan has been one of our top Account Managers for more than a decade, with unparalleled program expertise and a wealth of knowledge in both onboarding and account servicing for many of our leading clients.

MIKE KADINGER - Equipment Services Manager

Will be joining Susan’s team as Equipment Services Manager. Mike has more than 20 years of equipment service experience after, initially, coming to Palmer Johnson as a customer. More recently, Mike helped open our Sun Prairie facility so, now, the team can perform hard-down repairs on 10 pieces of equipment at a time, ensuring quick turnarounds and efficient delivery. In this new role, Mike will be working with our service centers to best meet servicing needs.

GEORGE BONNEY - Service Engineer

If you’ve ever worked with him, I’m sure you’d echo those sentiments. As a Level 3 Service Engineer at Cummins and a Level 4 Technician at Palmer Johnson George is, simply, the best we have. With his extensive experience in electronics and his unwavering passion for solving challenging service problems, we’re eager to have George step into the Service Engineer role. Here, he’ll help our Tech Support team as we move deeper into engine servicing and electronics.
