Giving Back: How We Support Community Impact
At Palmer Johnson Power Systems, our commitment to community engagement is exemplified through our core value: We Give Back. Each year, every employee is granted 8 hours of paid time off specifically for volunteering, empowering them to support causes that resonate personally.
This initiative fosters a culture of compassion and service, encouraging team members to make meaningful contributions within their communities. By aligning personal passions with company-supported volunteerism, we collectively strive to enhance the well-being of the areas we serve.
Our dedication to social responsibility is further demonstrated through various company-supported activities:

- American Red Cross Blood Drives: Hosting regular blood drives to support medical needs nationwide.
