We’ve been supporting Pettibone, a fellow midwestern organization, for years; parts, remanufactured powertrain components, tech support and now equipment service and sales. Recently our Seattle and Los Angeles Service centers became authorized service locations for Pettibone equipment. Pettibone hosted sales and service training specifically for Palmer Johnson at their production facility. Our techs gained certification to repair any failed part on the entire machine; Traverse and Cary-Lifts. Our sales team is now well versed in providing demos and quoting new machines. It was a fantastic week, and we were very impressed with the warm welcome and hands-on training we received.
Our authorized Service and Distributor status with many off-highway product OE’s such as Dana, Carraro, & Funk, along with a like customer base in construction, rail, mining, oil & gas and forestry makes an excellent fit. Pettibone has been a great company to work with over the years and we are extremely excited to take our relationship to the next level. With their new products and long-standing name in the lift industry, we look forward to overall success serving new and existing customers.
