Regal Rexnord, a leading manufacturer of motion control and power generation technologies, announced the acquisition of Altra Industrial Motion Corp., a global manufacturer and supplier of motion control and power transmission products, on October 27, 2022.
The acquisition was seen as a strategic move by Regal Rexnord to expand its product portfolio and customer base. The acquisition was completed on March 27, 2023.
The impact has no effect on Palmer Johnson Power Systems or our ability to provide the products to our customers.
Per a press release by Regal Rexnord Corporation, the acquisition of Altra is expected to benefit customers, accelerate organic growth, and much more.
Regal Rexnord now owns the following brands that were previously Altra Industrial.
In addition to the above list, Palmer Johnson is proud to continue to support a wide array of Regal Rexnord family of brands, including Durst and Centa.
